Library contains:
- Wildcards matcher. (?, *)

- Commandline arguments parser and validator.

- File path parser.

- Graphical error dialog.
  - Reusable graphical dialog to capture and show program exceptions
    and associated program call stack traceback.

- Primitive URL parameters encoder / decoder.
