fix(gitignore): exclude .idea/ and *.FCStd1 from version control

fix(gitignore): exclude .idea/ and *.FCStd1 from version control

Restore proper .gitignore rules that were accidentally dropped:
- Re-add .idea/ to ignore IntelliJ config files
- Re-add *.FCStd1 to ignore FreeCAD backup files
- Remove already-committed .idea/ and *.FCStd1 files from tracking
